Project Overview:
Iu Cheong Electric Company Limited was contracted by Caritas Hong Kong to undertake the refurbishment works for electrical, Extra Low Voltage, and MVAC installation for the Caritas Community Education Centre in Hung Hom. The project aimed to upgrade the electrical and MVAC systems of the center, enhancing its overall functionality and user experience.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work for the project was extensive and included the installation of a main cubicle switchboard, mains and sub-mains distribution systems, lighting and power installation, a public address (PA) system, a CCTV system, a PABX system, and an MVAC installation.

Challenges and Solutions:
